Zubia Urges Voters To Say No To Graham's Garage

Raoul Zubia, candidate for Scottsdale City Council, issued the following statement:
Barry Graham ran on a promise of transparency and assured voters he would always listen to them. Yet he's jamming an unnecessary, $20 million parking garage down our throats. He's opposed a study and won't allow public comment. That doesn't sound like transparency or listening to me. I want to know why a study is out of the question and what Barry is hiding. I vehemently oppose Graham's Garage. There are plenty of other projects around Scottsdale where development is warranted. This isn't one of them.
