Residents deserve a City Council focused on results; not division or political theater.

   •    Bring professionalism, transparency, and better communication to City Hall.

   •    Keep debates centered on common-sense solutions that reflect Scottsdale’s values.
 

Scottsdale is our home. We must ensure the quality and safety of neighborhoods.

    •    Enforce short-term rental ordinances with real consequences and push for more local control.

   •    Guide new development to respect surrounding communities, height, and traffic impacts.​

Congestion affects everyone. We need practical solutions to keep Scottsdale moving safely and efficiently.

   •    Modernize signal timing and intersections, and coordinate regionally on transit.

   •    Expand bike lanes, sidewalks, and senior mobility services for smoother travel.

I was the Vice-Chair of the Protect and Preserve Task Force.

On the city council I will continue to protect our preserve and, by extension, our natural environment and the economy. 

When we attract visitors, businesses, and investment to our city, it keeps our taxes low and helps our economy thrive.

My opponents voted against Prop 490 and do not support the Preserve. 

Securing Scottsdale’s water future is essential for our economy, our environment, and our quality of life.

   •    Advance drought planning, efficient landscaping, and graywater recycling programs.

   •    Lead regional efforts to protect aquifers and plan ahead before shortages occur.

Regardless of where you stand politically, it’s clear that heat and drought are affecting
our lives.

   •   Investing in shade structures and expanding tree cover.

   •    It’s about making sure our city is safe and livable as we face longer summers and tighter water supplies.”

Public safety is non-negotiable and we can pair enforcement with real help for those in crisis.

   •    Fully support police, fire, and EMS while expanding mental-health and addiction services.

   •    Back crisis response teams and community policing with tools that stop problems before they get worse.

Flock cameras raise serious concerns about privacy, false positives, data breaches, and government tracking of law-abiding residents. Public safety matters, but it should not come at the expense of civil liberties. Tracking every citizen is certainly not what law enforcement is interested in but we need to have guardrails in place. Scottsdale should pursue effective policing without creating a vast surveillance network that tracks innocent people. I am proud to have the support of police, fire, and law enforcement professionals. I know we can find common-sense solutions that benefit our great city. On Council, I will work with law enforcement to establish clear policies, regular audits, case numbers tied to every search, and real consequences for anyone who abuses the system.
