RAOUL ZUBIA

I’m Raoul Zubia, and I’m running for Scottsdale City Council. I’m a lifelong resident of South Scottsdale and a proud graduate of Coronado High School.

Scottsdale is one of the best places to live in America, and I’m running to keep it that way. That means protecting our neighborhoods, managing growth responsibly, and restoring professionalism to City Council. We need leadership that listens, plans, and acts.

I care deeply about this city and the generations of leadership and community spirit that made it what it is today.

I have had the honor of leading as the Chair of the Human Services Commission, Vice Chair of the Protect and Preserve Scottsdale Task Force, and President of Partners for Paiute. I also serve on the EVIT Foundation, the Charro Foundation, the SUSD Foundation, and the Parada del Sol Committee, where I lend my voice each year as
announcer.

I was honored to receive Scottsdale Leadership’s Hodges Award in 2021 and to be inducted into the Scottsdale History Hall of Fame in 2024.

Each of these roles has strengthened my belief in what makes Scottsdale thrive, strong neighborhoods, safe communities, and a commitment to working together for the common good.

My focus is simple: I will keep Scottsdale safe, livable, and economically strong, while preserving the character and values that make our city special.

Together, we can preserve what we love and build a future Scottsdale will be proud of.

Your support makes this possible. Please consider donating to my campaign and remember to vote Zubia for Scottsdale.
