Zubia supports keeping critical long-term water infrastructure projects

Raoul Zubia, candidate for Scottsdale City Council, issued the following statement:
I spoke before Scottsdale City Council last night in support of keeping critical long-term water infrastructure projects like Bartlett Dam and the Alternative Water Purification System in the CIP budget. Serious leaders plan for the next generation, not just the next news cycle. Unfortunately, Councilmember Graham and the chaos cohort are once again fighting commonsense governance by trying to shift these projects into the operating budget where they can be deprioritized. Scottsdale deserves better leadership. It’s time for a change.
