ENDORSEMENT LIES

Desperate opponents and opposition groups will try to claim I am a far-left extremist or DSA member. That's a lie. A DSA chapter apparently endorsed me without my knowledge or consent during the primary, and I reject that endorsement.

Candidates are often endorsed by organizations without their knowledge or consent. I'm running in a nonpartisan race to represent every Scottsdale resident, not any political party or special interest.

I'm especially grateful for the support of nearly 22,000 Scottsdale voters from across the political spectrum who cast their ballots to bring common sense back to the City Council.

I look forward to earning the trust and support of even more voters in the runoff.

AXON MISINFORMATION

Opponents and their allies love to claim that I'm pushing Axon's agenda. That's a complete fabrication. I'm dismayed at the state of our politics and the prevalence of money. Its influence isn't good for anyone. But as candidates, we get in knowing that.

This isn't some new thing. We have all been attacked by outside groups in this race. NICO PAC is actively working against me right now!

Instead of whining about it or making up lies, we need to run our races and deliver for the people when elected. My opponents have an unhealthy obsession with Axon. I will call out businesses when it's necessary, but I want businesses with the ability to employ hundreds of people to come to Scottsdale. It is good for our economy.

DEVELOPMENT DRAMA

Opponents claim I'm pushing for unchecked development. I'm the only candidate advocating for responsible growth in Scottsdale. Growth is inevitable, but it should be done so in a way that is mindful of density, water resources, and economic concerns.

My opponents think the best way to curb growth is to undermine our water resources and jeopardize Scottsdale's future. They figure if there's less water certainty, people won't come here. That is dangerous logic and frankly disqualifying.

SINGLE SHOT ISN'T SUPPRESSION

Desperate folks at Scottsdale Edge think that my pitch to voters for them to only vote for me in this race is voter suppression. It isn't. Voting for just me in this race means you are voting to ensure that at least one seat goes to the candidate who wants commonsense and a return to normalcy instead of more drama. They are spreading these lies because they are scared. They know that with two extremists in the race, they will siphon votes from each other and that a single-shot strategy could see me get elected instead of two of them.
